How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To place a return or exchange, please email us at hello@emilyjonesnyc.com with your order number and relevant information. Our team will guide you through the process.

Return Window

  • All returns must be requested within 21 days from the date of receipt.

  • Merchandise must be unused and unaltered to qualify for a return.

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
